SAFETY
We place the highest priority on creating and maintaining a safe work environment - backed by our written safety policy and established safety programs. All new employees go through a complete orientation program and continued on the job training. In addition, our apprenticeship program strongly embodies a complete job site safety training process. Our senior superintendents and project managers also conduct jobsite audits as well as weekly toolbox talks.
Our goal: zero accidents and injuries!
