What is your favorite hobby or thing to do with your personal time?
I enjoy taking long walks on the beach and reading a good book by a warm fire. Wait, this isn’t for a dating site?!? Oh, then I golf, go to Spartan sporting events and spend time with my family, especially my REALLY good looking older brother, and friends for the most part.
What is something about you that would surprise people that already know you?
I can play the trumpet and a little piano. I wanted to be a music producer when I was younger.
If you could have dinner with somebody famous, living or dead, who would it be and why?
Vince Lombardi, Football Coach – Not only am I an avid Green Bay Packers fan but to be able to discuss the intricacies of success with someone who sustained it for such a long period of time would be amazing. I would like to know what motivated him and in turn, how he motivated others.
How do you define “exceptional”?
I think being “exceptional” isn’t a matter of doing what others can’t do, but what others won’t do. The older you get the more you realize that determination and a hard work ethic are things that don’t come easily to most people. But these are the things that are going to separate those same people in failure and success. The willingness to never “mail it in” and to show up, put in the work and take pride in doing so, is what makes someone exceptional.
